About Zelle
Zelle Zuzana is an eclectic artist who takes influences from all corners of the globe. Primarily an open-format DJ, she specializes in House, Pop Mashups, and Alternative music. With 70+ weddings, fashion shows, art showcases, private events and club nights as her experiences, she seeks to elevate the ambiance of a space to a melting pot of vibes.
They finished getting their Bachelors in Music Industry in 2020. While in school they released a nufunk EP "Finding Love at Denny's (2019) under the Dr Ted Nelson pseudonym. During the beginning of the COVID pandemic the managed to finish their first solo LP titled “The Monomyth” (2020). It is a personal reflection on life as a concept, and a statement on progressive modern music being a combination of several genres into a unified whole.
Having moved to Nashville, TN in 2021, they started producing electronic songs living somewhere in between modern Hyperpop and 1990's Industrial & Alternative. Using the name Zelle Zuzana, they released the Absurdism EP as an expedition into making beats with a sense of quirky humor and episodic manicness. Zelle's sophomore LP "Zelle I" was released on 2/22/22.
In 2023, Zelle doubled down on her DJ and Graphic Design career and has been full time with Canvas Lounge as their Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Resident DJ. She has also performed at Nashville Pride 2023, drag shows and brunches, a Nashville Sounds game, Frankie J's and various private events around Central Tennessee.
